Food & Wine Dinner # 1

The start of this adventure was at M & M's.

Following is the course, who was responsible, menu item and wine selection.

Appitizer – Sharla

Salmon Croquettes with Yogurt Caper Sauce

Wine - 2006 Holly's Hill Grenach from El Dorado.

First course – Kathy & Steve

Cream of Broccoli soup with goat cheese toast.

Wine - 2008 KM Crawford from New Zealand.

Entree - Mike & Mary

Pork with Pesto, Feta, Pine Nuts and Pesto Pine Nut Jalapeno, Butternut squash with red peppers, Parmesan, Parsley and rosemary.

Wine - 2002 Muir Hanna Cab from Napa.

Dessert - Ron & Cheryl

Crème Brule with strawberries.

Wines

2004 De La Montanya Viognier (golden in color)

2003 Arrowood White Riesling.
