Appetizer – Mike & Mary

Shrimp wrapped in bacon with blue cheese.

Wine – Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio

First course – Alex & Isabel

Hot smoked salmon salad with Mango and Avocado salsa

Wine – 2007 Castle Rock Chardonnay Reserve, Russian River Valley

Entrée – Ron & Cheryl

Herb rubbed Ribeye steak with Chimichurri sauce and summer squash.

Wines -

2006 Michael Pozzan Marianna (Napa Valley, Cab, Merlot, cabfranc, malbec blend)

2005 Barons de Rothschild (Lafite Medoc, Cab & Merlot blend)

Dessert – Kathy & Steve
